- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain the reception area and conference rooms, ensuring they are clean and organized at all times.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Keep an accurate record of all visitors and clients, including their purpose of visit and contact information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the conference room calendar.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company, products, and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of communication and operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all inquiries with discretion.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies.
