Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printing and imaging equipment.
Provide top-notch customer service by promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
Utilize strong knowledge of print technology to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Communicate technical solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies related to print support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
Monitor and track equipment performance to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
Act as a liaison between customers and other departments to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Provide training and support to colleagues on print technology and troubleshooting techniques.
