  1. Manage print production process, including receiving and reviewing print requests, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of finished products.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and proactively communicating updates on print projects.
  3. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple print projects simultaneously.
  4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient print production processes and procedures.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in print technology, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Monitor print inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure cost efficiency.
  7. Communicate with clients to gather project specifications and provide quotes for print jobs.
  8. Ensure all print materials meet quality standards and client expectations.
  9. Maintain organized and accurate records of print job details, including costs, timelines, and client information.
  10. Act as a liaison between clients and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate communication and resolution of any issues.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on print production processes and procedures.
  12. Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve client satisfaction and streamline print production processes.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote print services and increase client base.
  15. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the print production process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Print Production And Client Services.
