Install, maintain, and repair printers and copiers on-site for clients.
Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for printers and copiers.
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues to minimize client downtime.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
Demonstrate strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on latest printer and copier technology and advancements.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance.
Identify and recommend ways to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety protocols.
Continuously develop and improve technical skills and knowledge.
Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Complete all assigned tasks within designated timelines.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications

Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Troubleshooting And Repairing Various Types Of Printers, Including Laser, Inkjet, And Multifunction Devices.
Experience With Ricoh Products: Familiarity With Ricoh Printers And Copiers Is Highly Desirable As It Will Help The Technician To Quickly Diagnose And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise. Previous Experience Working With Ricoh Products Will Also Be An Advantage.
Customer Service Skills: As An Onsite Printer Technician, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including Effective Communication, Patience, And The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure, Are Essential.
Time Management And Organization: The Job Of An Onsite Printer Technician Requires The Ability To Manage Time Effectively And Prioritize Tasks To Meet Deadlines. The Candidate Should Also Be Organized And Able To Maintain Accurate Records Of Service Calls, Repairs, And Inventory.
Physical Stamina: This Job May Require The Technician To Lift And Move Heavy Equipment, Work In Confined Spaces, And Stand For Long Periods. Physical Fitness And Stamina Are Important Qualities For A Successful Onsite Printer Technician.
