Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service And/Or Account Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With A Proven Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Experience With Multi-Site Account Management And Understanding Of Service Level Agreements (Slas).
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Software.
