  1. Manage and maintain positive relationships with clients across multiple locations.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
  4. Monitor and track customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  5. Proactively identify and address potential customer service issues before they escalate.
  6. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist clients.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer service performance and customer feedback.
  12. Train and mentor new customer service team members to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  13. Attend regular training sessions and stay updated on industry best practices to enhance customer service skills.
  14. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer retention.
  15. Adhere to company standards and protocols for professionalism and confidentiality in all customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Account Management.

  • Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software, With The Ability To Analyze And Present Data To Track Customer Service Metrics.
