  1. Greet and welcome clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and guests.

  4. Respond to client and guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Ensure that all client and guest needs are met and exceeded.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized lobby and reception area.
  7. Coordinate and schedule client and guest appointments.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and guest records.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  13. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
