Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Ricoh USA products and services.
Serve as a key member of the Advanced Field Services team, playing a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize strong technical knowledge and expertise to effectively resolve technical issues and inquiries from customers.
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
Maintain a customer-centric mindset and strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer issues.
