Ricoh USA is seeking a professional and knowledgeable Field Services Advanced Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the technical services group, the Field Services Advanced Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site customer service and technical support. This role requires a highly organized individual with a positive attitude and a service-oriented approach to customer service.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a wide range of technical skills and a thorough knowledge of digital imaging and network devices. They must also have an in-depth understanding of customer service best practices, problem-solving techniques, and excellent communication skills. Furthermore, a strong work ethic, an ability to work independently, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Job Qualifications

Five Or More Years Of Experience In A Field Service Environment
Proficient In The Use Of Windows Operating Systems And Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Problem Solving And Troubleshooting Skills
Superior Customer Service And Communication Skills
Ability To Lift Pounds
Ability To Travel Up To % Of The Time
Valid Driver’s License And Reliable Transportation
Experience Working With Ricoh Products Preferred.
