- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by responding promptly to service requests and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for a variety of Ricoh technology products, including printers, copiers, and other office equipment.
- Conduct on-site service visits to diagnose and repair equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including details of issues and solutions provided.
- Proactively identify potential problems and make recommendations for preventative maintenance or upgrades.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of progress and providing detailed explanations of technical issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Ricoh technology and solutions, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices.
