  1. Provide exceptional on-site technical support and troubleshooting for Ricoh USA's commercial and production printers.
  2. Maintain a high level of expertise on all Ricoh products and stay up-to-date with new technologies and software updates.
  3. Handle a diverse range of clients and prioritize and manage workload to meet customer needs and deadlines.
  4. Consistently deliver top-notch service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
  5. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on printers, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions and recommendations.
  7. Document and report all service and maintenance activities accurately and timely.
  8. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site and comply with company policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new technologies and developments in the industry.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: A Field Service Technician Should Possess Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Commercial And Production Printers. This Includes Understanding Of Hardware, Software, And Networking Components.

  • Industry Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Servicing Commercial And Production Printers. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies.

  • Certifications: A Field Service Technician Should Have Relevant Certifications Such As Comptia A+ Or Network+, Or Manufacturer-Specific Certifications From Companies Like Ricoh, Xerox, Or Hp.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Representative Of The Company, A Field Service Technician Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Customers And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Time Management And Organizational Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Them Effectively. A Qualified Candidate Should Be Able To Work Independently And Meet Tight Deadlines While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
