Oversee day-to-day operations of the Field Services team, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment.
Lead and manage a team of field technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and quality of work.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of service delivery and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Hire, train, and mentor new field technicians to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Handle customer escalations and provide timely and effective resolutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in field service management to continuously improve service delivery and stay competitive in the market.

Extensive Experience In Managing Field Service Teams: A Successful Field Manager At Ricoh Usa Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Leading Field Service Teams. This Includes Experience In Performance Management, Team Building, And Project Management.
Strong Technical Knowledge: As A Field Manager At Ricoh Usa, It Is Essential To Have A Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services. This Includes Expertise In Office Technology, Print Management, And Document Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Internal Teams And External Clients Is Crucial For A Field Manager. This Includes Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
