  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the public sector and strategic accounts market segment.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market, utilizing market research and networking to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.
  3. Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales goals.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports, utilizing CRM systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on the public sector and strategic accounts landscape, providing insights and guidance to the sales team and other stakeholders.
  9. Continuously develop and enhance sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and cultivate relationships.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer-centric mindset.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts, Preferably Within The Technology Industry.
