Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and identify their service needs
Conduct thorough analyses of clients' current operations and processes to identify areas for improvement
Develop and present strategic service solutions to clients that align with their business objectives
Serve as a subject matter expert on the latest technologies and industry trends, and advise clients on how to leverage them for maximum productivity and efficiency
Work closely with internal teams to design and implement customized service plans for clients
Monitor and track the progress of service plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes for clients
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on service plans and address any concerns or issues that may arise
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any client service issues in a timely and efficient manner
Stay updated on industry developments and advancements to continuously improve service offerings and stay ahead of competitors
Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential new clients and assist with business development efforts by providing insight and recommendations on service solutions.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Consulting Or Strategic Services, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Communicate Complex Information To Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
