If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Bilingual Hospitality and Events Manager at Ricoh USA. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing top-notch events and ensuring exceptional customer service for our guests. As a bilingual manager, you will also serve as a liaison for our international clients, making this a unique and fulfilling position. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with fluency in both English and Spanish, along with previous experience in hospitality and event management.   1. Plan and execute a variety of events, including conferences, corporate meetings, and client appreciation events.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service for all guests, including anticipating and addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, providing bilingual support and acting as a liaison between them and the company.
  4. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and timeline tracking.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality and value for events.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, including marketing, sales, and operations.
  7. Utilize strong communication skills to clearly convey event details, expectations, and updates to all stakeholders.
  8. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and make recommendations for future events.
  9. Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with innovative event planning strategies.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documents related to events, including contracts, budgets, and guest lists.
  11. Train and manage event staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
  12. Uphold and promote the company's brand and image through all event activities.
  13. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any potential issues or challenges to ensure smooth event operations.
  14. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue potential event sponsorship opportunities.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the overall event experience for guests.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Both English And Spanish, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Guests And Team Members In Both Languages.
