
Bilingual Hospitality and Events Manager

- Plan and execute a variety of events, including conferences, corporate meetings, and client appreciation events.
- Ensure exceptional customer service for all guests, including anticipating and addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, providing bilingual support and acting as a liaison between them and the company.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and timeline tracking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality and value for events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, including marketing, sales, and operations.
- Utilize strong communication skills to clearly convey event details, expectations, and updates to all stakeholders.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and make recommendations for future events.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with innovative event planning strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documents related to events, including contracts, budgets, and guest lists.
- Train and manage event staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
- Uphold and promote the company's brand and image through all event activities.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any potential issues or challenges to ensure smooth event operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue potential event sponsorship opportunities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the overall event experience for guests.
Fluency In Both English And Spanish, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Guests And Team Members In Both Languages.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hospitality And Events Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Executing Events.
Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously.
Strong Leadership And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
