Job Description

Are you an experienced operations manager looking for an opportunity to take your career to the next level? Ricoh USA is looking for an Area Operations Manager to join our team and lead our operations in the region.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Ricoh USA in the area, including managing staff, developing operational plans, increasing sales, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will be a key contributor to the success of the organization, ensuring that our operations meet customer expectations and that our operations remain profitable. To be successful in this position, you must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in operations management. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. You must also have experience in sales and customer service, as well as a demonstrated understanding of operational processes and procedures.
