  1. Lead a team of baristas to ensure the smooth operation of the coffee shop.
  2. Train and mentor new barista hires to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
  3. Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers by providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  5. Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment, storage areas, and dining areas.
  7. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  8. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Monitor and track sales and expenses to achieve profitability targets.
  11. Schedule and assign tasks to barista team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continuously improve the coffee shop's offerings and operations.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to barista team members.
  14. Ensure all baristas adhere to company policies and procedures.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the barista team.
  16. Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
  17. Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales.
  18. Collaborate with vendors to maintain and order supplies as needed.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Barista In A High-Volume Coffee Shop Or Café Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Different Coffee Brewing Techniques, Including Espresso-Based Drinks, Pour-Over, And Cold Brew.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team Of Baristas.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Maintain A Friendly And Welcoming Environment For Customers.

  • Familiarity With Health And Safety Regulations For Food And Beverage Service, Including Proper Food Handling And Sanitation Practices.
