
Facilities Project Manager

- Oversee and manage various facilities projects on Rice University's campus.

Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Facilities Or Construction Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including University Administrators, Contractors, And Staff.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, From Conception To Completion, Within Budget And On Schedule.
