A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Education, Science, Or Engineering. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Manage A Team Effectively.
Knowledge Of Ion Technology And Its Applications, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Ion Programs.
Experience In Budget Management, Strategic Planning, And Data Analysis To Drive Program Success And Meet Institutional Goals.
