  1. Manage post-award activities for sponsored projects, ensuring compliance with funding agency guidelines and university policies.
  2. Oversee the financial management of sponsored projects, including budgeting, monitoring expenses, and reporting.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for principal investigators and project staff regarding post-award administration.
  4. Collaborate with departments and offices across the university to ensure efficient and effective post-award processes.
  5. Develop and implement procedures and policies to streamline post-award administration and ensure compliance.
  6. Monitor and track project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submission of reports and deliverables.
  7. Provide guidance and training to faculty and staff on post-award processes, policies, and regulations.
  8. Stay updated on changes in funding agency guidelines and regulations related to post-award administration.
  9. Prepare and submit financial reports and other documentation to funding agencies as required.
  10. Participate in audits and assist with resolving any issues related to post-award activities.
  11. Provide leadership and support to the post-award research administration team.
  12. Collaborate with the Office of Sponsored Projects to ensure accurate and timely submission of grant proposals.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of post-award activities and documents.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the university in meetings and conferences related to post-award administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Post-Award Research Administration, Preferably In A University Setting

  • Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To Sponsored Research, Including Uniform Guidance And Far

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Supervise And Mentor A Team

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Faculty, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
