EHS Supervisor

Provides leadership and drives continuous improvement. Supervise projects, employees, and contractors. Lead and conduct investigations; identify root causes; make recommendations; determine appropriate corrective actions. Determine and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information including boards, postings, Ops Reviews, and similar reporting. Present self in a professional manner including being able to maintain confidentiality. Responsible for all Plant solid, hazardous, and recyclable waste, including the proper identification, characterization, and disposal thereof, and related DOT shipping requirements. Develops, plans and implements programs to train managers, supervisors and employees in work-site safety practices, hazard recognition and control and environmental compliance.
