Stock Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Stock Assistant to join the team at Reiss London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring accuracy of stock records and providing excellent customer service in our store.To be successful in this role, you must have an eye for detail and a passion for retail. You must be able to work independently and in a team, have strong numerical skills and a good understanding of stock control. You must have a flexible approach to work and be able to multi-task during busy periods. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records.
2. Monitor stock levels, order and receive new stock as needed.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service.
4. Sort and organize stock in the store.
5. Carry out stock checks and inventory activities.
6. Manage the paperwork associated with stock control.
7. Monitor and manage product delivery schedules.
8. Assist with visual merchandising when necessary.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
11. Utilize strong numerical skills to analyze data and make decisions.
12. Demonstrate a flexible approach to work, particularly during busy periods.
13. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
