Concession Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to join the Reiss London team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability for the Reiss London concession • Manage and motivate the team to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times • Monitor and analyse the performance of the concession, and provide regular reports to the senior management team • Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the concession, ensuring all operational procedures are followed • Ensure the concession is kept tidy and well-stocked with merchandise • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff • Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained • Monitor stock levels and manage the ordering of merchandise • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders • Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to
