Concession Manager

We are looking for an experienced Concession Manager to join the Reiss London team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store's concession, ensuring excellent customer service and operational standards are maintained at all times.This is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for retail, who is both proactive and customer-focused. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store's concession
• Ensure excellent customer service and operational standards are maintained at all times
• Develop and maintain relationships with concession partners
• Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure they are meeting their targets
• Monitor stock levels and order new stock when necessary
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective action when necessary
• Develop and implement promotional activities to boost sales
• Liaise with the head office to ensure the store's concession is up to date with company standards
• Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action when necessary
