At Reiss London, we are looking for a highly organised, motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Assistant Store Manager. As part of our senior management team, you will be expected to lead by example and set the highest possible standards for our staff, customers and products.We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for retail. The successful candidate will have significant retail management experience, as well as a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. You should be confident in dealing with all aspects of the store, from managing stock and staff to delivering on key performance targets. Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing stock, staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and drive performance.
- Monitor employee productivity and performance, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer service issues.
- Monitor store performance and revenue, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the store is kept clean, organized, and properly merchandised.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
