
Compensation Analyst
Oversees field hourly compensation processes. Participants in market surveys and evaluates market data to set pay structures. Educates leaders on pay policy and process. Monitors exceptions to policy. Establishes pay structures to support compensation philosophy. Monitors minimum wage and ensures compliance. Collaborates with IT to ensure Workday accurately administers policy. Recommends policy and process changes when necessary. Administers field management incentive plans. Maintains plan documents and other communication processes. Ensures timely and accurate calculation of incentive payments. Collaborates with Finance and Payroll to ensure the accurate calculation and distribution of incentive payments. Assists with administration of equity plans. Responds to questions from plan participants or leaders. Monitors trouble tickets and resolves issues.
Two years analytic or Human Resource experience.
Certified Compensation Professional certification desirable
Experience with HR information systems, Workday experience preferred
