Job Description

At Reckitt Benckiser Group, we are searching for an experienced Transformation Program Manager to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual to lead the strategic transformation initiatives for our company. The qualified candidate must have a combination of strong business acumen, analytical problem-solving, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to drive large-scale transformation initiatives, execute on the details of the transformation program, and provide leadership and guidance to the organization.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a project management or program management role. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also have a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects.We are seeking someone who is passionate about transformation and is excited to make a tangible impact on our organization.
