
Talent Manager Global Functions
Reckitt Benckiser Group is looking for a highly experienced and engaged Talent Manager Global Functions to join their dynamic and innovative HR team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong business acumen, a passion for people and a strategic mindset. The Talent Manager Global Functions will be responsible for driving the talent agenda and leading the development of a high performing team across the global functions. This role requires a deep understanding of current trends and practices in the global talent market, plus the ability to make decisions that will have a lasting impact on the business. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and influencer with extensive experience in talent management and analytics. They will have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a wide range of stakeholders, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems. The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the global talent landscape and be passionate about driving change and creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field• At least five years of experience in talent management, preferably in a global context• Deep understanding of current trends and practices in the global talent market• Demonstrated success in creating and delivering innovative talent management strategies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate a wide range of stakeholders• Proven ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Experience in developing and managing relationships in a cross-cultural environment• Knowledge of HR and talent management systems, software and analyticsIf you are an experienced, passionate and motivated professional looking to join a dynamic and innovative HR team, then we want to hear from you!
