Senior Scientist

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Scientist to join the Research & Development team at Reckitt Benckiser Group! The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and executing product innovation projects and leading research initiatives.The Senior Scientist will be responsible for researching and developing new formulas, products and technologies to create innovative, commercially successful products. You will be part of a dynamic and creative team, working collaboratively to identify novel opportunities and develop innovative product solutions.The successful candidate should possess a PhD in a scientific field and have at least 8 years of experience in a related research role. You should have a strong knowledge of product formulation, excellent analytical skills and experience with product testing and validation.
