R&D Associate, External Product Development

At Reckitt Benckiser Group, we are seeking an experienced and motivated R&D Associate, External Product Development who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing external product development projects. This role requires an individual with the technical and strategic expertise to manage the development of new products from concept to market introduction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in engineering and research and development, as well as excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who can effectively collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Bio-chemistry, or a related field- Proven experience in research and development, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment- Demonstrated knowledge of product development processes and the ability to develop efficiencies through the use of technology- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Ability to develop, manage, and track budgets and timelines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
