Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join the Reckitt Benckiser Group. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing process design, development, and stability to ensure efficient operations. You must possess a strong technical background and a knack for problem-solving and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in teams.Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably in Process or Chemical Engineering. Proven experience in process engineering and experience in the FMCG industry is a plus. You should also have a good working knowledge of process design and improvement, process analysis and optimization, defect elimination and process validation.
