In this role, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and implementing sensory and consumer science excellence initiatives within the organization, helping to ensure that our products continue to delight consumers. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the sensory and consumer science field, as well as a passion for driving excellence in this area. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Sensory or Consumer Science, or a related field. Additionally, they will have at least 5 years of professional experience in a sensory, consumer science, or market research-related field, and experience in leading, developing, and implementing sensory and consumer science initiatives. They should have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment.
