Internal Audit Manager

The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for leading audits and reviews across the organization. They will also develop and maintain an effective internal audit program, as well as manage and develop the internal audit team.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, plus at least 8 years of experience in internal audit. Additionally, the Internal Audit Manager must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial statements. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are also essential, as well as a proven ability to work well in a team environment. Working knowledge of risk-based auditing techniques is a plus.
