Director, Global Data Governance

Reckitt Benckiser Group is looking for a Director, Global Data Governance to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a passion for data and a proven track record of developing and delivering successful data governance strategies.To successfully fulfill this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data management, computer science, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in data governance, data architecture, or related positions. You must also have a strong understanding of data quality, data privacy, and data security standards and a proven ability to ensure compliance with those standards.You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to effectively manage and lead people. You must also have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to develop, implement, and monitor data governance policies and procedures.
