Associate Finance Manager, FP&A

We at Reckitt Benckiser Group are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Associate Finance Manager, FP&A to join our Finance team. We expect our new Associate Finance Manager to be an analytical and detail-oriented professional who can manage complex financial activities and ensure accuracy of financial data. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of financial planning and analysis and support the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and financial plans.The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills along with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams. This position requires a self-starter who is highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.A successful candidate must have:• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field• At least 3 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role, preferably in a corporate setting• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of SAP• Advanced Excel capabilities and knowledge of financial data analysis• Proven ability to develop and communicate financial reports, forecasts and budgets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure• Professionalism, integrity and sound judgment If you have the knowledge and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!
