Manager - Telecommunications
The Telecommunications Manager role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting and developing the Ralph Lauren telephony communications platforms to ensure the integrity and high availability of communications equipment. Responsible for the day to day operations and service improvement of the global telecommunications landscape Work closely with Ralph Lauren IT partners and internal teams to ensure the telecommunication needs of the business are addressed. Devise global telecommunications standards and practices. Manage the Telecommunications team, ensure timely closure of related incidents and establish KPIs to track performance.
5+ years’ experience managing and implementing enterprise class telecommunication solutions
Strong knowledge of Siemens, Polycom, Openscape, Genesys & Skype Enterprise Voice technologies
Timely response to communications outage notifications
