Compensation Associate
This position will provide project support, data management and analysis for the Compensation group within the People and Development Department. Coordinate compensation survey submissions and conduct market pricing of positions to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness in support of Compensation Business Partners. Assist in systems testing and data audits for all compensation operations such as stock grants, bonus payments, salary planning and others. Develop presentations and communications, provide documented analysis to support recommendations and project manage department initiatives.
Undergraduate degree, major in Business, Human Resources Management, Economics or Finance preferred
