Job Description

Ralph Lauren is looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organized Client Relationship Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, resolving customer service issues, and maintaining an organized system to track customer data. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years of customer service or relationship management experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and be able to communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Additionally, you must be comfortable with using customer service software, databases, and tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
