
Staff Tax & License Analyst
Responsible for the accurate and timely filing of tax returns to the appropriate taxing jurisdictions. Ensure that all licensing requirements are met and maintained for all store and non-store locations. Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and filing of the tax reporting and associated payments as assigned by management. Research licensing requirements for all applicable jurisdictions for new store locations to ensure that every new store meets all of the licensing requirements before it opens. Prepare a monthly analysis of actual to budget for licensing expenses to email the divisions and other appropriate personnel with the variances. Prepare the annual renewal licensing budget for assigned divisions.
Three years general accounting, general ledger system, and account reconciliation experience
