
Payroll Systems Manager
QuikTrip is looking for a skilled Payroll Systems Manager to be the business SME for our TM1/Planning Analytics Payroll budget system. This position will also partner with IT to support Payroll in the design, development, training, and implementation of new technology projects. Budget season is a time for the Payroll Systems Manager to shine! As the Technical Admin Lead on QuikTrip’s TM1 Payroll budget model you’ll support/develop websheets and Cognos reports. You will identify opportunities to make Payroll improvements, revise existing systems, and manage the process to implement these changes. This role will also review Payroll systems periodically with the Payroll Manager to ensure they are meeting the needs of the workgroups.
Five years of experience in Accounting
Effective interpersonal skills, with experience presenting and leading initiatives
Intermediate to advanced TM1 knowledge and ability to learn new software and tools quickly
