Develop materials for courses including facilitator guide, participants guide, PowerPoint deck, case-studies, and job aids. Collaborate with key stakeholders to create training. Design traditional instructor-led courses, online programs, web-based learning aids, and other training materials as needed, utilizing software and graphic applications such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools. Write storyboards, produce media, and lessons that utilize technology to achieve learning objectives—including videos, interactive authoring, simulations, and games. Serve as a project manager to coordinate assigned projects and courses and ensure the deliverable meets expectations and the project is completed within the agreed timeline working closely with stakeholders to create the course development plan, project milestones, and the production timeline. Effectively identify gaps in training and prioritize development of training materials. Collaborate with Data Team to analyze and interpret program results to measure training effectiveness.
