Queen’s Health Systems is looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Geriatrician to join our team of experienced medical professionals. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for providing quality care to seniors, and an eagerness to join a dynamic and collaborative team. The Geriatrician will be responsible for providing medical care and treatment to elderly patients in a comprehensive and coordinated system of care.We are seeking an individual with a strong commitment to patient care and experience in the field of Geriatrics. The ideal candidate must have a Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited medical school, and be board certified in Geriatrics. Candidates must also possess a valid medical license and relevant work experience.At Queen’s Health Systems, we believe in providing our patients with the highest quality of care. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical care and treatment to elderly patients
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients and their families
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain patient records and document all care provided
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop comprehensive and coordinated care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed
- Provide guidance and emotional support to patients and their families
