Qantas is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training and Performance Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for driving performance and developing a high performing team. This role requires a high level of experience and skill in training and development, as well as a commitment to creating and implementing innovative training strategies and initiatives.We are looking for someone who can inspire and motivate our team, and who can provide tailored training to ensure that all staff members reach their potential. An understanding of the airline industry will be highly advantageous.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of five years’ experience in a training or performance role, and a degree in Human Resources or a related field. A proven track record in leading, coaching and motivating teams is also essential. You will be a highly organised and results-oriented individual, with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
