Resource Planner

We are looking for a Resource Planner to join the Qantas team and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans to effectively manage resources across the organisation. The successful candidate must have excellent organisational and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual who is dedicated to achieving results and has a strong commitment to quality customer service. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the aviation industry and experience in resource planning. As a Resource Planner, you will take ownership of the resource planning process and be responsible for allocating resources and managing the operational budget.The right person for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as management, economics or operations. They must also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
