Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join the QantasLink team as a Customer Service Officer. As the first point of contact for customers, providing a great customer experience is essential. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This person should also be able to display a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to help others. If you have a passion for helping customers and a desire to be part of a team focused on delivering a great customer experience, then we want to hear from you!The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role and a demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service. They should also have a basic understanding of airline operations and customer service processes. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of computer systems, including experience with booking systems. A current driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours is also required.
