Job Description

Qantas is looking for a motivated and self-driven People Data and Insights Analyst who is passionate about using data to inform and drive decision making in the field of Human Resources. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative and high performing team in a dynamic and fast paced environment.We’re looking for someone with the ability to quickly develop a deep understanding of our data landscape and the processes and systems used to capture, store and transform data into insights. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.The ideal candidate will have:-A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics or a related field -At least two years of experience in data analysis/data science, preferably in the Human Resources field -Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel, Tableau and/or other data analysis tools -Excellent problem solving and communication skillsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global organisation that values diversity, innovation and professional development.
