Sourcing Specialist

They must have excellent communication and project management skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities as a Sourcing Specialist:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure the highest quality of products and services
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company standards
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and standards
• Utilize excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance and develop action plans to address any issues
• Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers
• Monitor supplier trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Utilize strong understanding of the industry and company’s business goals to inform decisions
