  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and marketing to ensure cohesive merchandise plans.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Create and manage merchandise budgets, forecasting and planning to achieve financial targets.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  8. Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance and make recommendations for adjustments to merchandise plans.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve merchandise assortments to meet customer demand and drive sales.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

  13. Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
