  1. Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and employee resource groups, to drive an inclusive culture and promote diversity throughout the organization.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on diversity and inclusion topics for all levels of employees.
  5. Monitor and analyze diversity metrics and data to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for employees and leadership on diversity and inclusion matters.
  7. Partner with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to ensure diverse candidate slates and equitable hiring practices.
  8. Foster relationships with external organizations and groups to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives and opportunities.
  9. Lead and support employee resource groups and other diversity-focused employee initiatives.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to diversity and inclusion and make recommendations for incorporating them into company strategies.
  11. Create and maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all employees, regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives internally and externally.
  13. Develop and manage a budget for diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.
  15. Regularly report on and communicate progress and successes of diversity and inclusion initiatives to leadership and employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Leading And Implementing Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives At A Large, Global Organization. This Includes Developing And Executing Strategies That Promote A Diverse And Inclusive Workplace Culture.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building Relationships And Collaborating With Diverse Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership, Employee Resource Groups, And External Partners. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Best Practices, Trends, And Legislation. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Dei Issues And The Ability To Translate Them Into Actionable Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Experience In Developing And Managing Diversity And Inclusion Training Programs For Employees At All Levels. This Includes The Ability To Create Engaging And Effective Learning Materials That Promote Awareness And Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Topics.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Collect, Analyze, And Report On Diversity And Inclusion Metrics And Data. This Includes Experience With Creating And Delivering Presentations To Senior Leadership That Highlight The Impact Of Diversity And Inclusion Efforts On Business Outcomes.
