Job Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join the PVH Corp team as our Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting our operations team in a range of capacities, from managing daily administrative tasks to coordinating events and activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can think on their feet and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role, possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a strong customer service mindset and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A solid understanding of the operations field and experience with software systems is also highly desired. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily administrative tasks such as updating records, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes.
  2. Coordinate events and activities for the operations team.
  3. Monitor and maintain records of operational processes and procedures.
  4. Provide support to other operational departments as needed.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational objectives are met.
  7. Develop and implement software systems to streamline operations.
  8. Troubleshoot operational issues and develop solutions.
  9. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety requirements.
