We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join the PVH Corp team as our Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting our operations team in a range of capacities, from managing daily administrative tasks to coordinating events and activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can think on their feet and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role, possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have a strong customer service mindset and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A solid understanding of the operations field and experience with software systems is also highly desired. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as updating records, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes.
- Coordinate events and activities for the operations team.
- Monitor and maintain records of operational processes and procedures.
- Provide support to other operational departments as needed.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational objectives are met.
- Develop and implement software systems to streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and develop solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety requirements.
